great book

so me and my girl friend are reading this amazing book called "Becoming a vessel God can use. it is sooo good. the author quoted the following from Barbara Johnston

There is no oil without squeezing the olives

I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to take there faith a step further and to be challenged a bit

our yard sale

we had a yard sale this morning ( because we had nothing else better to do) and it went pretty good. thanks babe for waking up and getting everything out and ready. now we have some extra cash for those outlets Keir and i are going to hit up ;)

the good news,the sad news, the bad news and the good news

well lets start off with the good or should i say great news... GOD will always be GOD and he is good.

now to the sad news. we have to say goodbye to our little Brianna. apparently miss Bs fathers parents have been trying to get her since day one and the paper work has been sitting on the county's desk until now. i had a chance to meet them on Friday. they seemed like pretty good people. i was such a mess though. i was sitting in the room and i knew when i saw them that they were Briannas family, so i asked them if they were here for her case and they said yes, so i should them some pictures on my cell and i lost it.... i felt soooo silly. at this time we don't know how much time we have with her, but we will continue to enjoy every minute that we do have with her.

so now for the bad news.... i started smoking again....... enough said


now its time for the goodnews... we are leaving tomorrow for our Easter break vacation. yay. it will be the butt's, the smiths, chad and crystal, and then another group. ill post lots of pics, and begin to plan how iam going to lose all the weight i will gain up there. For some reason we eat better when we are camping, than when we are home.

sooo, we love her..... now what???

Its going to be 3 months on the 8th since we have been blessed with having baby Brianna join us at the Waymire house. Her mom has seen her once and has either been a now show or m.i.a. We just got the D.N.A results back so we now know who her father is, and it just so happens that he is in prison. Appearently he really wants to be a daddy and as we speak his mom ( who is living with her daughter) is trying to get brianna while her daddy is in jail. so where does that leave us you ask, well, we are hanging on to Gods promises. We know that he has amazing plans for our family, and we know that his plans will turn out for his glory. This whole foster parent role has really tought me a lot. I have learned to never take for granted my own kids again and also how much grace God has shown me in my own life, which helps to remind me that i need to show her parents lots of grace as well. Brianns mom called the social worker yesterday and said she wanted to start doing visits again so tomarrow its back to the visitation room. i was totaly considering going down to goodwill and buying the ugliest outfit ever to put on the baby ( because you know when the mom sees how darn cute this girl is she is going to wanna "play house", and i really didnt want that) but we are going to doll her up, as always so maybe her mom will realize what she is missing and maybe, just maybe she will get her act together.

well besides all that mess, we are all doing great. we are getting ready for our big easter break vacation. we are going to hoilster hills, and its soooo pretty up there ( ill post lots of pics). the kids are awesome. carlees starts softball up here pretty soon and bridgitte and ty start soccer, and of course brian is coaching ALL three. My hubby, got to love him. Another fun thing we are starting is our bible study group will be meeting over her on wed nights for now on, so iam excited to be able to have our groupies over. Oh yeah, we are also having a yardsale ( the day before our vacation) so that should be good. well thats it for know

i feel pretty guilty serving me kidos cereal every morning and being that iam not getting much sleep these days and i dont have the energy to make a hot homemade breakfast i decided to go shopping, and what did i find..... omigosh, i found the BEST muffin mix in the world. have you ever been to fresh and easy?? i have been there twice and iam still not to impressed with them, but they have the best blueberry muffin mix ever, and soooo easy to make. so next time your there pick up a box, you wont be sorry

a picnic at the park

we had such a nice time. it was our family and my sil and bil and there 4 kidos. we bbq and the boys played a little football. how blessed am i to have such a great family
